Standard bank robs innocent people by lying to them about their installment please do not use this bank they are too misleading

I was mislead in so many ways, a few months ago a debit order went out and I had less money which made me end up with a deficit so Standard bank honoured the payment and then charged me an honoring fee or overdraft fee, my debit orders go out today I had more than sufficient amount of money in my account , so I went and checked my credit card it said that 2300 needs to be paid , so I have budgeted for it but then they go and take out R3800 and when I call in they say my card was in an overdraft yet it was not I never used more than the credit limit on the card, aside from that my one debit order could not go out and they never honoured the payment they charged me some other fee so standard bank had no standardisation because they honoured payment before but not this time why, they are absolutely ridiculous, I have a titanium card, I do not want it anymore , I am in fact going to the banking ombudsman to investigate this matter, you cannot request a certain amount for the credit card and then take out more , that is ridiculous , I need answers ASAP
