Standard Bank robbing clients

I went to a Standard Bank ATM to withdraw cash, the ATM did not dispense the cash and I went to their branch in Bracken City mall. My query was logged in and resolved after about 4 days. Standard Bank only refunded the cash that had not been dispensed, they did not refund the service fee charged for that transaction. I called their call centre and got a service request number ***. I got an sms that the query is still in progress and its been more than a month now. I called back again only to be told that I should visit a branch to log the query. I dont have the time to queue for that query, but Im sure many clients give up because the amount involved is not worth queing for, but the thing is if they do that to a lot of clients then they are making millions, which in itself is *******.<br>
