Standard Bank Roadside Assist - No Phone Response

It's a Sunday afternoon and my wife's car has started giving engine trouble, and needs to be towed. I have been calling Standard Bank Roadside Assistance every 10 minutes for the last 2 hours, and there is no response. the phone just rings and rings, and no-one answers.
