Standard bank rip people off change charges on ATM with draws

I am banking with Standard bank for years and when they offered me the cheque account I took it, because for your first 8 or 10 Standard bank ATM cash with draw's there was no charge, now in Feb 2019 I with draw money from the Standard bank ATM and the second time they charge me with drawl fee of R9.25, I phoned Standard bank to query this and their response is ' o we have change it now, if you with draw more then R5000 then we are charging you every time when you with draw cash. No sms or phone call email where this was changed, so the bank can change contract agreements like they want. They are just sharks and they just want to take as much fees as they can from a person. Bad bank.
