Standard bank *******

Good day,

Last night I made an eft transaction from my standard bank credit card. Firstly, the amount Eft'd was incorrect. The payment was made to a different bank and will take 3 days to reflect. I phoned the bank to inform them to reverse this transaction as I made an error. I was then told that I have to pay R300 and complete a form to recall the funds. Also, I will still be charged the interest as the transaction has taken place. How is this morally correct?? If I was to to transfer R500, and I make an error and hit R5000, how can you charge me the interest on funds being recalled??? Already your finance charges are the worst, but this is not right. I do not mind paying the R300 as it's my error, but the interest is honestly a F#$@#N *******. The transaction was made 13 hours ago.

Still no contact from Standard Bank. An automated response will not solve the issue. Time is running out and I will not be held accountable as I have request your assistance more than 12 hours ago. Your service is pathetic!
