Standard bank revolving loan insurance

I have a revolving loan with Standard bank which was taken in 2014, I did honour all the payments to the account. In 2016 I was then retrenched and notified the bank. When I started working in 2017, I then made arrangements with the lawyers of the amount that I will be paying as they handed the account to the lawyers. I have been faithfully honouring the payments that I arranged according to my affordability. The problem I have is when I had the loan I made an insuarence to cover the loan which sisnce my stuggles they have not assisterd me at all. Where is the insuarence I paid for to assist me in rainy days. My name is Ndangano Mashashane (nee Makongoza) , ***.

I have also asked and pleaded that they share with me the bank statemnt every 3 months since i can not access the account and even that they refuse to assist me. How will I know how I am paying and if there is any movement to my payments.
