Standard Bank Review

It should actually be less than 1 star here. This bank after many years of relationships with them, really do not have a customer care at all. Now, this is not all of the employees, but rather the entire bank as a system. With so many flaws, it is no wonder they have a 1 star rating already on here. This bank does not care about its customers and their needs. We are entrerenuers and require funding opportunities too, and with SB spending all this money on marketing that its giving business loans out, there has been absolute no reciprocation from our business banker, funds removed out of our bank account with fruadulant transacitons that recently took place, a duplication of the same card with same card number, even the banker was shocked. What is going on with this bank?! This bank needs to get its customer service in order and fast. There are hungry people out there and you need to feel them for what they are. Not in any way impressed with the services we get from this bank at all!!
