Standard Bank Reps have refused to Reduce Installments on my Personal Loan

<p>I have been in contact with Standard Bank Reps to help me decrease the monthly installment on my personal loan. I have been going around in circles with Standard Bank reps, without a solution to my problem. I have a personal loan and I recently paid a huge sum into the account. I want them to help me adjust my monthly installment. The reason is because I am currently in Canada for a program and will be due in South Africa next year. I dont have a source of income in South Africa at the moment and it is only logical that i reduce my monthly instalment to the amount i can afford to pay untill i get back to South Africa.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a Prestige Banker and I pay R179 monthly, but Standard Bank reps have not treated me with the courtesy that is deserving of a Prestige Banker.
