Standard bank repossession vehicle very unprofessional

Standard bank legal handed me over to attorneys for arrears. I have made payment arrangements with the attorneys. Now Standard sends an email that they will call me in connection with repossession. The departments do not communicate and Standard Bank says one thing and does other thing.

Very unprofessional and surely they should know as the attorneys have communicated with Standard bank.

When you call they say one thing, then the next department says another thing.

They say they will call but they dont
