Standard bank repossessed house
My younger brother bought a standard bank repossessed house and the service he is receiving is poor and they don’t want to pay municipalities fees owed by the house. My younger brother now he stuck with the house without electricity. How do one do this is more than 9 months now. Can anyone please help this is frustrating
