Standard Bank refusing to update ITC

I'm having a problem with Standard Bank to update my ITC. I was in arrears with 2 loans and I paid the arrears on 2020-09-30 on both accounts. On ITC it show for Oct that I'm still in arrears. I visited Standard Bank on numerous occasions, but to date Standard Bank refuses to update my ITC.
