Standard Bank refuses to update credit bearux
I was unfairly dismissed at work so I fell behind on my Standard Bank Credit Card payments, When I was reinstated I could pay what I could afford. In June 2017 I paid off all my debts including Standard Bank. All the other credit providers have updated the credit bureau except Standard Bank. I have been calling for months and sending countless emails, to get it sorted till today it has not been sorted. I would like to understand as to WHY the credit bureau has not been updated for months Standard Bank??
