Standard Bank refuses to reduce my instalments

<p>Standard Bank refuses to reduce my vehicle finance instalments. I made a humble request to them that at this moment I am over indebted and would like to pay a R1000 less from the R3000 I pay every month as I am trying to restructure my monthly budget.</p> <p>I was then asked to fill Affordability Assessment forms which I did.On the assessment forms it clearly shows that my income is less then my debts combined.</p> <p>Standard Bank then came back to me and declined my request saying because I do not bank with them they cannot reduce my instalment.</p>
