Standard Bank refuses to payout my investment, I feel ******

I am quite frankly disappointed, irate and disgusted with the level of service received from Standard Bank. I made an investment and was not even notified when the investment matured, I am now instead dealing with back and forth calling from unprofessional staff, which to my belief have not been adequately trained, instead Standard Bank has the audacity to take my money and not even bother giving it back. I wonder how they would feel if the roles were reversed. I have been with this bank for over ten years, I think it may be time for change!!!
