Standard Bank refuses to cancel HL insurance
I have on a number of occasions - in a form of physically going into the bank and sending multiple emails to provided addresses - requested for Standard Bank to cancel my Home Loan insurance. The reason for the cancellation is clearly stipulated on my email to *** and I have provided all the required documents but my account continues to be debited on each month.
