Standard Bank refuses to assist in closing accounts

I have been trying to close 3 trust accounts with Standard Bank via their Midrand Catchment since September and all that has been happening is that they keep adding fees every month. This despite repeated emails to the department and repeated promises that the accounts will be closed and fees reversed. What does one need to do to get some action out of this bank.
