Standard Bank refused bond because the didn't update their systems

I app**** for a bond and got turned down because the bank didn't update my credit status in 2018 when I came out under debt review. According to their systems it still show I am under debt review.

According to all the credit beraus it has been removed in 2018 already. But Standard Bank has not updated yet.. as per legislation they should have updated this 21 days after receiving the results from Debt Rescue... and now I am being rejected for them not doing their job.

But I am experiencing a potential loss of the property I want to buy due to their neglect and I am not happy with it. It put me under severe stress. Bad customer service.
