Standard Bank refuse to return my money to me and have basically ****** it.

I tried to make an online payment to my Mr Price account. Standard Bank blocked my card. The money came out of my account but never went into Mr Price's account. So now, thanks to them, I have a payment that has gone out but never been received. Now I am fighting to get the money back that they have it stuck in the system. It is literally listed as an "outstanding card authorisation". Because if the lack of documentation I have no proof other than my online account that the money is gone. They are insisting on things that their own system can't provide. They have acknowledged that the money went out. I can't get any more from them. The merchant is unable to help me because they can't prove that the payment was made or that it was received. The money transaction stops in the Standard Bank system. It has gone no further. They know this. So they can't give me anything either. Standard Bank knows that this money is sitting on the system. They know it is not going anywhere but they refuse to help me get it back. There is a limitation on how long you can dispute a claim and it is taking so long that I think they are hoping for it to expire. They now have ownership of my money and I feel like this is actually theft. This money will be forever on their system and it won't go anywhere either but none of this is good enough for them. I can do nothing but cry at this point. I literally can do absolutely nothing to get them to really acknowledge and understand what the problem is, because if they did they might actually find the humanity to fix this and give me back my money.
