Standard Bank refuse to give complaint number

Standard Bank refuse to give me a complaint number to submit to the Ombudsman. I have requested last week Thursday. Keep in mind I am busy with this complaint for more than a month. Be careful when considering Standard Bank as your first choice. They ignore you.
