Standard Bank refuse to close account

I tried in vain to CLOSE our Standard Bank account but as today where the staff at Middelburg Mall was rude and even laught at me and refuse to close the account, it seems that Standard Bank refuse to close accounts and rather stole money on monthly base by adding more and more fees.<br> <br> This is now a PUBLIC STATEMENT that I refuse to pay one cent i fees for an account that I want to close but standard bank staff refuse to close. I destroyed the card and left it at the branch together with signed letter and took a photo of that and the staff member.<br> <br> Please also refer this to Mnr Joop Dekker at the CEO's office.
