standard bank refuse to accept payment arrangement

I am utterly dissapointed and disgusted at Standard Bank. I have a rcp loan acc (***1) and are paying it off monthly directly into the rcp account via the atm. However I cannot afford the full monthly premium and standard bank continue to debit an account (***) that I no longer use or want to have active. I have requested countless times for the debits to stop, as the my former cheqcue account is going inot a negative balance and i requested the account to be closed as it is no longer my salary account. I am frustrated and will hand the matter over for legal intervention. My contact ***.
