Standard Bank refusal to pay our money
we have a club account at the Standard Bank, Account number ***. The bank has since kept our money since March 2019. The bank closed our account without informing us members as they said we must submit FICA documents. We comp**** and claimed our money: R5270.14. The bank refuses to release our money despite submitting the required documents. we have been to the Kempton Park branch several times and they kept sending us from pillar to post.
