Standard Bank Refunded me only to charge the money back for something else.

I opened a business account with standard bank and ordered a speed point credit card machine. I was contacted to confirm delivery of the machine which never made it to my address. For a few months standard bank debited my account for the machine which I never received. I tried several times to get help until yesterday the 17th of November 2021. I was assured that I will be refunded for all those months as they were charging me for it and never even thought of checking if the machine was being used. On the 18th of November 21, I got a call that the money was being processed. The same day there was an amount of R819.00 that was debited on my account. I called to ask what that money was for. It was written Fee Recovered For. The agent told me it’s fees for bank statements. The bank sends me bank statements via email and yesterday (17.11.21) at the branch, there was no mention of my account owing the bank. Soon after the money was debited on my account, I received my refund of R777.40 which automatically went into paying for the bank statements that amount to R819.00. It seems that when I requested a refund, conveniently there’s now money that I owe the bank which was never mentioned in any communication I had with the bank. I received the speed point machine today the 18.11.21 but my refund is gone. My banker also neglected to let me know she will be handing over my account to someone else. I kept writing to her about the matter and never got any reply. Even when I called them, spent over R60 airtime, I was told to hold on several times until I ran out of airtime and they didn’t even bother to call me back to assist me further as I wanted to know how come I’m being charge R819 for bank statements.
