Standard bank refund dispute

<p>I took a loan last year May 2015 and settled the loan month end of the same month. My first installment of May went through as it was suppose to,but the problem started when they started deducting the June and July instalments which they weren't supposed to since the account has been settled. I only noticed all this in August and reversed the August installment and app**** for a refund,but they refusing to refund. At the Westrand standard bank branch they have been telling me that they have send the request and they Are getting nothing from the finance department. Till today I have not received my money of those installments. </p> <p>Can Standard bank start taking responsibilities for their mistakes and please give my money back. Since this has been the worsted service I have ever experienced from a bank</p>
