STANDARD BANK REALLY SUCKS

worst bank once again when it comes to customer service and getting money out of customers ,previously i was using standard bank then ***** was committed on my account and they only paid 50% of the money taken from my account and i decided to go use other bank and kept this account open just to use cellphone banking with no card or the banking app because i'm scared it might happen again ,i been using it without any hassle now all of a sudden my CSP is invalid and i have to go and pay R145 to get a card so my CSP and be valid again and in my account are funds now i can't access it before i go pay R145 and get a new card this is just another way to take my from customers ,really utterly disgusted with this bank
