Standard Bank REALLY BAD SERVICE

<p>My wife has been a loyal standard Bank client, she currently has two properties with this bank and has an exceptional record with this institution this said by one of their top homeloan financing guys.....<br /> <br />it is with utter disgust that she is treated like this... She app**** for vehicle finance and was declined due to affordablity(according to ITC and the Bank she has 2 cars to her name, however she only as 1.... we logged a case last week and she was promsied that the matter will be rsloved by monday 22 Aug 2016...it is 16:53 and nothing is resloved......<br />refrence number: ********** 442<br />Standardbank this is not how you treat a loyal client.... pull up your socks and sort this ****!!!!! THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU PROMISE IN YOUR MARKETING CAMPAIGNS</p>
