Standard Bank RE late LH Welthagen

Standard Bank are absolutely Terrible. My brother and lost our late mother on the 17th of September 2017. We are now on the 3rd case worker regarding my late mothers estate. the current case manger is Zola Mbatha . / *** There is no communication whatsoever. An e-mail was snr to my brother an I last year 2020 advising that her estate would be finalized and closed by December 2020. In January 2021 we were notified by Zola that SARS was cleared and she was awaiting on a Manager to Sign off the Estate. At the time of writing it is 2021/05/10 My late mother invested with Standard Bank for over 40 years. The service they have given her is poor and very frustrating.3w I believe that Standard Bank are holding on too my mothers estate and using her capital to loan and earn interest on other customers. its 2021.
