STANDARD BANK RE_ISSUE OF CARD DELAYS

I was ****** at gun point on the 18 October 2023. I stopped my cards immediately the same nigh. On the 20 October I went to the bank to order replacement cards for my business and personal card. The consultant that helped me that day "ordered" both my cards to be delivered. On the 24 October I received a message that one of the cards were ready for collection. I went back to the branch where I ordered it to find out that it was delivered to the wrong branch. I do not go to that branch as it is situated in a crime spot. Then I enquired about the other card and I was told as it is a business card it should be ordered at the branch. THe personal card was requested to be delivered to me at my work of which I was promised it would be done either the 19th or the 20th and the latest today which seems unlikely. So I cannot pay my accounts because I do not have a card to log in to my account and set it up and secondly my profile with all my beneficiaries were wiped from the system. Thank you so much for causing more problems than solving them. Once sorted I will take my business somewhere else where at least I know they provide better and faster service!!!
