Standard bank re advancement home loan

<p>I app**** for re advancement through the call centre home loan division at Daveyton standard bank branch, however I received the worst service as nobody is taking responsibility or accountability in terms of following up on the application, I had to almost on daily call them an that's the only time the application would be escalated and still I'm told different reasons of why it is delayed and information needed. The personal at the branch where not helpful as well as they have limited clue on which application forms to fill and lists of documents to be submitted. Until now I'm still waiting, they latest I was told was that maybe it will be paid on Friday. Well will believe when I see it. If I knew would have opted for another financial institution than STD bank. </p>
