Standard Bank RCP Facility for Professional Account Holder

<p>I app**** for a Revolving Credit Plan account with Standard Bank under the impression I would be charged a 10.5% interest since I qualify for the professional's account for select graduates. I signed the papers presented to me by my private banker and the agreement was for me to pay 10.5% for the facility. Last night as I was reviewing my bank statements, I realised that I was being charged a staggering 21% interest! I don't know what's going with my accounts and I am not sure whether these people pay attention to the details on their client's application forms. This is a very disappointing experience and I hope that Standard Bank will do something to resolve this problem. </p>
