Standard Bank quick to default yet cannot remove

I had a Standard Bank Account which I have paid up. The Lawyers kept hounding me to pay yet they are just as slack to assist. One has to beg them to get my credit profile sorted. They said they advised ITC that an update needs to take place. However ITC has not received such a request and the default is still on my account. Phoned Standard Bank and they advised it is beyond their control there is nothing they can do. Phone the attorneys and they take 15 minutes to answer my call.
