Standard Bank Query not resolved for 2 months

Please reference Hello Peter Complaint ***. I received confirmation from Clint Peterson that the issue has been resolved on 3 February..... And it actually has not. I sent him an email to inform him accordingly on 3 March and had to send another follow-up today.

This is ****ndous service - the Debt Review was submitted to Standard Bank in error. Subsequently my Personal loan reflects that I owe zero. Yet, the installment are deducted monthly.

Please can this issue be resolved?
