Standard Bank pushing to resorting to desperate measures
It’s actually pointless writing this review because I have already complained twice but Standard Bank never dealt with my issue.
I’m being held hostage by Standard Bank. I settled their account but they refuse to update my records. It appears that I have a credit card debt which I settled a long time ago. Now Experian and ITC records indicate that I have an account which owes R20k.
I know I will get an email saying they will attend to my issue in 48 hours but they never follow-up.
