Standard Bank protection of business accounts

I assist a few Body Corporates with their accounts. The Body Corporates business banker phoned me on 20 June 2023 that a new resolution was submitted to the bank to change the signatures at the bank. She was informed that it was *****ulent documents and that this matter is currently at CSOS for adjudication. The banker ensure me that the signatures cannot be changed since the outgoing signatures also need to sign the change as part of Standard Bank's internal control. Regardless of the internal control the bank went ahead and accepted the *****ulent documents and change the signatures on the bank account, without further notice and excluding the legal trustee board from the access to the bank account. The adjudication order from CSOS was received confirming that the people who submitted the documents are not the trustees and held an ******* meeting. This was sent to Standard Bank on Thursday, 21 September 2023, requesting that they correct their records immediately. The bank only rep**** back on 26 September 2023 informing us that the bank account is temporarily blocked in the interest of both parties. An emial regarding this matter was also send to the CEO, Sim Tshabalala. Standard Bank did not protect the interest of his client who is the Body Corporate after it was informed that the matter was under dispute and now that it was brought under their attention that they assist to disrupt the Mangement of the Body Corporate they suddenly need to protect both parties. All the correspondence, face to face visits to the bank and begging from the trustee board that is recognized by CSOS as the legitimate structure of the Body Corporate, the bank chose to accept the *****ulent documents and denied the legit signature to the bank account access, This is now over a week and the bank still have not corrected their misconduct and is still denying access to the bank account. How are associations that deal with the bank via resolutions like clubs, churches and Body Corporate protected by the bank's internal control systems if it may be ignored when Standard Bank employees.
