Standard Bank Protea glen Student loan

I have been struggling from SARS to receive my ITA34 for my Enterprise and was sent from pillar to post one branch to another. I finally got it for my daughter's student loan application through Standard bank. She passed her Matric very well in 2023 and didn't want to sit at home doing nothing. I app**** at Standard bank Protea glen Mall in March and it was approved the first time. I gave all the required documentation as required and was verified. The loan was approved on the system. I then received a call back that the office can't get hold of people from Sars to verify my company ITA34 I must come back to the branch to redo the application on the system, it didn't make sense to me but my daughter stayed away from school to go sign at Standard Bank. This time her application declined reason a silly one is that my daughters account is in excess. A student who doesn't earn a salary because she didn't know her student account is owing 50rands her chance of going to Varsity is now ruined. Very unfair of Standard bank for doing something so sinister and nonsensical.

How can you approve 1st time application then tell client to come back and redo and decline it with same info...I feel I have to report this to this platform hoping you will help my daughter who is now in distress...reason why they commit suicide. From Paulette. Concerned mom. ***
