Standard bank Protea Glen mall-worst service provider

worst service ever at standard bank Protea Glen mall. I went to open an account for my daughter a month ago and when they checked my documents they turned me back saying my proof of residence is more than three moths old. fair enough I turned back. yesterday I returned with a current proof of res, now they told me that my child's birth certificate is unabridged I must go to home affairs to make a new birth certificate. why didn't they make me aware of this the first time I was turned back why make me go up and down.
