STANDARD BANK PROMENADE

Very unhappy with my experience today at standard bank Promenade so i get to the bank at 09:30 and was advised to wait in a long line outside the shopping center anyways i decided to take my place in the line eventually after 3hours at 12:30 im given a ticket and told i can proceed into the bank and even though its almost unhuman to wait that long in a line im relieved as im finally going in. Once i get into to the bank im surprise to see another long line and it takes me a additional hour before i get to see a consultant. So thats a total of 4 hours waiting to be help COME ON STANDARD BANK IM SURE THIS IS NOT A NORM!!!!!!!!!!!!
