Standard Bank Private Banking is a waste of money

Standard Bank Private Banking is a waste of money. They are quick to sign you up but then you never get hold of your private banker. My private banker in the Kingsmead Durban branch Faadhil Hoosenis is never available. You can call - goes to voicemail, you can email, never get a response. I have to go through the call centre like any normal client where agents hang up on you as soon as you get connected. Switching to Standard Bank was the BIGGEST MISTAKE I have ever made. I regret leaving the great service I got from Nedbank for this joke of a bank.
