STANDARD BANK PRIMARY SMS - EXTRA CHARGE
As other Std Bank users have reported, I am suddenly being charged a new fee called 'fee: mu primary sms', for Jan and Feb 2024. What is it? No warning, no notification, just sneakily charged to my account. I see you privately emailed other complainants, but gave no public reason for the charge. What is it for?
