Standard bank Prestige banking is useless

Being a standard bank prestige customer is useless. Standard bank can never assist you when you are in need. I have a clean credit record but I am never able to get finance when I need. I am forced to turn to other institutions for assistance even though I am a standard bank customer. And my prestige banker is completely ***********. He never returns calls or emails. I neee to call him at least 4 times before he does something that I need. What is the point of being a prestige client when there are no benefits?
