Standard Bank Prestige account makes life harder!

Upgraded to a Prestige account about 3 weeks ago. as it costs double banking costs but you get a banker that helps you, never stand in a queue again. More like never get service again. Made me opt in and nothing I have called at least 4 times and mailed about my queries and still nothing. Call again today the agent is on a two week R&R, I get his stand in Name and a message he will call me back asap, I call again later, again he will call me back. Worst service I have had from a bank in my life. Rather stand in the queue at least you get results
