Standard bank Prestige account is useless

I am a Standard bank Prestige account client for more than 5 years now, paying R250 every month.

My banker is useless, I have been sending her emails, she doesn't even bother to come back to me. Mind you I am paying for this service. But I can't get help that I am paying for. I just want to close my account because what I'm paying for is useless.
