Standard Bank Port Alfred cannot function as a bank

The last 2 weeks have been the biggest nightmare for my business, we have tried to open a business account with Standard bank port Alfred and the service we received is shocking , after hours and hours on the phone trying to reach Noluthando, she never answers the phone, the Port Alfred Branch never answer their phone, they have not opened the account despite taking documents on 3 separate occasions as they kept giving us the wrong info. Now I go to the bank after waiting 2 weeks and they tell me they have lost the documents ? and this is a institution I am supposed to trust to safe guard my funds ?
