Standard Bank POPIA harrasment

I am getting tired of Standard Bank VAF and Homeloans linking my email address to other clients. Every so often, I receive an email from VAF or Homeloans department communicating something but not to me. I've tried to notify them of this and asked them to correct it but they cannot even bother to acknowledge my request. This is annoying. Such a major bank with huge tech departments but they cannot even put together a function to validate if an email is linked to the correct person. Totally unacceptable and ridiculously annoying.
