Standard Bank Pop Quiz Call Centre
OK so I phoned into Standard Bank this morning and the complete and utter illeteracy of the agents are shocking ! After asking for my ID number, cellphone number etc etc confidential information they still could not assist me. And then can you believe it I was advised to go to my nearest branch. STANDARD Bank, what happened to your STANDARD ??????
