People are busy complaining about Standard bank poor services, Standard bank poor services are deliberate. This is because they put in *********** managers and you can't expect professional services from departments that are run by *********** managers such as Nomcebo Simelanee. Those uneducated managers fire people who are smarter than them and who are educated and capable of providing professional services, because of their insecurities,as they are threatened by the presence of such powerful figures and keep those who are weak and who are no threat to them.

Given the above scenario if employees who are kept to service the clients are those who are no threat to the likes of Nomcebo,and considering her level of education,this speaks louder why the service of Standard bank is of poor quality.

I wouldn't recommend standard bank to anyone. Managers who hold diplomas in marketing runs big department such as *****. *********** managers are not only in the municipalities as we often say but also in institutions such as banks.
