Standard bank poor service sucks
Very bad service and lack of communication. I have a small personal loan with these guys and I was repaying the account until I got retrenched last year October. I went to the branch with my UI 19 and the retrenchment letter from the company and produced it to them. They give me six months of payment relief. During this pandemic I still don't find any work and these guys just keep on debiting my account. Accrued interest are increasing on this account and no one calls to find out what the situation is? Everytime I get some money from someone or something,they deduct that money without consulting. I app**** for uif and they took most of the money and refused to reverse the funds. Standard bank should just close down ,their service sucks
