Standard Bank poor service

Standard bank in Idutywa branch is pathetic, their service is 100% POOR , I have been standing in enquiries queue for an hour without any movement , the employees here are just roaming around and not keen to entertain any questions.

How do you allow an old woman wearing mourning clothes to stand in a queue for more than an hour? How do you justify that? I am highly disappointed with this kind of service.
