STANDARD BANK POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Very poor service at Standard bank outside Centurion Mall in Pretoria. Came to collect my mother's new bank card. First asked them to sent it to Cape Town branch, which they didn't do... Been sitting in the standard bank outside Centurion Mall for 2 hours, just to wait for a bank card. It is extremely slow, people are falling asleep on the couches. Why can't Standard bank benchmark from FNB???
