Standard Bank Poor Service !!

Standard Bank literally makes it difficult to close credit card. I went to the branch and I got told that I must make a phone call to close the card. I was put on a phone call with the credit card division where I was told I need to close my credit insurance first before closing the account, I was transferred to the insurance division where I was told I must send an email stating the reason why I’m closing my account…seriously!!!…nonetheless I sent the email, it’s been weeks now and I have not been assisted. Poor poor service from standard bank.
